2. Add all the components you wish to be included in your PC, to your cart

3. Continue through to our checkout and proceed with payment
As your custom PC will be assembled at our Mansfield location before being dispatched to you via delivery or your designated click and collect location, all items are required to be in stock at Mansfield. Items not available at Mansfield will be unable to be added to your cart if the Customise your PC item is present, or removed once the Customise your PC item has been added.
4. Once payment has been received, your order will be reviewed and confirmed by one of our Build Professionals
Your order will then be processed for assembly by our Technicians and made ready for collection or dispatched to you in 5-7 business days*
The following items are essential components required for our Technicians to complete the assembly of your PC. If you have purchased parts from us previously and you would like to have these included in your PC, please exclude these parts from your order and notify us of this intention via email, along with your new order number, which includes the âCustomise your PCâ item.
The following components are not essential but are common inclusions. If you require these components, please add them to your cart to be included in your custom PC build.

Q. What does the âCustomise your PCâ fee cover?
A. This covers the installation of all your parts, operating system and an install of component drivers. Our Builders will also benchmark and stress test your PC to ensure it is functioning prior to collection /delivery. As part of the Build Fee, we also include a 2-year Labour Guarantee.
Q. What is the Warranty on a Custom PC?
A. We include a 2-year Labour Guarantee with all of our Custom PC Builds. Furthermore, all of the parts will have their individual manufacturer warranties.
Q. What happens if the parts I have chosen are not compatible?
A. If there is any concern with compatibility, one of our Build Professionals will be in touch to arrange a resolution with you directly via email. Take note we do not check for XMP compatibility based on Qualified Vendor Lists. Please note that this may cause some additional delays in your build while it is resolved, however, we will always strive to get you your completed PC as soon as possible!
