How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next business day after you order. An exception is with orders of PC systems, which typically take an extra 3 days to assemble.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed by our dispatch team. After this, a cancellation is not possible so please order carefully.

 

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We will accept change change-of-mind returns if you contact us within 7 days of purchasing your order. The item must be sent back to us in factory-sealed condition and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Send us an email (cs@pcbyte.com.au) or call (9737 0306) telling us about your problem. We will issue a return authorisation (RA) number to assess/repair your item.

 

How long can I claim warranty for my item?

Items purchased from PCByte come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Check with the manufacturer to see whether your product still lies within the warranty period.

Even if your item has past its warranty period, if you have a problem with something you have purchased from us, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support staff. They will be happy to assist you with your issue where possible.

  

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.

 

What happens if I’m not at home when the courier delivers my item?

The courier will usually leave a card for the item to be delivered at a later date or collected from a post office or depot. If the item is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping fee to send the item out again.

 

Can I order an item over the phone?

No, all orders must be made online through our website. Alternatively, you may make a walk-in purchase by visiting our office.
